CrossFit Is For Everybody I have been overweight all my life. I have tried almost every little thing to get my body in shape and be active, from playing sports to dancing, and from going to a gym to running the tracks. As far as I can remember, I have never really gone down to the ideal weight that is considered healthy as far as my height is concerned. There may have been instances where I reduced weight only to have obtained it again. If I take a glimpse at my weight information over the years and have it charted it will certainly display a constant wave pattern. Being 35, I have decided not to care about my size; accept the truth that fat is just what I am; and just be happy with it. Sometimes it makes me sad how I have become a laid back, bump on a log, mid-thirties man. Eventually, here’s a show on TV featuring men and women, young and old, carrying out intense and ridiculous workout programs. I have never found exercising done so rigorous as how these individuals are executing the sequence of different workouts at a very quick pace. And it seems to be that they are also really enjoying their routines. Then one at a time, these individuals started to discuss their tales and that was the first time I learned the wonder of Crossfit Training.
Understanding Programs
Crossfit training is basically a combination of different mobility exercise routines in repetitions done as quickly as humanly possible. This workout system, which focuses on strengthening and conditioning, was founded by former high school gymnast Greg Glassman. The Crossfit fitness program scientifically incorporates three training areas consisting of sprinting, weightlifting, and gymnastics. The growing popularity of CrossFit training has made it become a well-known craze particularly to athletes of all types of sports. It is most preferred by football and basketball players alike as it is designed to build the individual’s strength, power, speed, endurance, and agility in a balanced technique. There is even an annual games made for it. CrossFit exercising generally burns many more calories per routine than any traditional gym exercising and in a short period. This point alone made me want to consider CrossFit training specifically since burning off fat is my objective. CrossFit training has been designed to accommodate any type of individual wanting to enhance themselves in all areas. So let’s get off the couch and start exercising.
